**Rescheduling ** We understand that plans can change, but please consider the following before rescheduling your order: Timing is essential when preparing nucs. New queens are carefully matched with bees and brood to ensure they are ready for your scheduled pickup. We strive to provide you with the healthiest, most well-populated nuc at the promised time. Unfortunately, even a slight delay can trigger the colony to enter swarm mode, which requires splitting the colony, making it no longer viable for sale on your selected date. To ensure the best outcome for your bees and your order, we encourage you to confirm your pickup as planned. We will do our best to fit you into the next available date.
**Cancellation Within 30 Days**: If you decide to cancel your order within 30 days of the scheduled pickup date, a cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. This fee is calculated based on the total amount of your order.
 **Cancellation Within 14 Days**: If you need to cancel or make changes to your order within 14 days of the scheduled pickup date, the cancellation fee increases to 25% of the total order amount. Be mindful of this increased fee when considering last-minute cancellations.
 **No-Show Policy**: It is important to note that if you fail to pick up your order as planned, the cancellation fee increases to 50% of the total order amount.  Please ensure you are available for your scheduled pickup to avoid any loss.
