  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    No returns or refunds will be issued after departing our location. 

    PICKUP OF PACKAGE BEES / NUCS

    It is normal to see 1/4" - 1/2" of dead bees in your package due to the lifespan of worker bees and the timing of entry into the package. Packages are slightly overfilled to account for loss.  We will not replace or refund for package bees after they are in your possession, and you have left our facility with them.

  • Pick-up Instructions

    On the day you pick up your honey bee nuc, be sure to bring your protective gear, as you will be handling and transporting a live bee hive. When transporting the package, place it on a stable surface to prevent it from sliding or tipping. Have tie-down straps available to secure them safely. Ensure that the vents on each package are unobstructed; insufficient airflow can cause the bees to overheat or die. Keep the package away from direct sunlight to prevent overheating.

  • Pick-up Date

    The expected pick-up date is March 21, 2026, weather permitting. If the pickup date is delayed, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  • CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS

    1. Cancelation within 30 days of your scheduled pickup date: a 25% cancellation fee will apply to the total amount of your order. This means that if you cancel during this period, a quarter of your total order value will be deducted as a fee.
    2. Cancelation within 14 days of the scheduled pickup date, the fee increases to 50% of the total order amount. This is important to consider when making last-minute changes, as the financial impact will be greater.
    3. **No Show** If you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled date, we will not be able to offer a replacement or a refund. Please ensure that you are available for your scheduled pickup to avoid any loss.
