Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

Welcome to Pop Pop’s Apiaries LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, pop-pops-apiaries.com, and your purchase of our products and services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products & Services
Pop Pop’s Apiaries provides honey, beeswax products, beekeeping equipment, live honey bees, queens, nucleus colonies (nucs), package bees, beekeeping education, mentoring, and swarm removal services.
Because honey, beeswax, and live bees are natural products, their appearance, characteristics, behavior, and performance may vary.
Product photos are for general illustration and may not represent the exact product or colony you receive.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping or service charges may apply.
Payment information is processed through our third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card information on our own systems.
We reserve the right to cancel an order when necessary, including due to availability, pricing errors, or circumstances affecting live bee orders.

3. Shipping & Pickup
Shipping and pickup options vary by product.
Certain live bee products, including queens, nucs, and package bees, may require local pickup in Griffin, Georgia.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information and for following any pickup or transportation instructions we provide.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carriers, and other circumstances outside our control.

4. Live Bees & Queens
Live bees and queens are living organisms and can be affected by weather, transportation, genetics, pests, disease, handling, and environmental conditions.
We make reasonable efforts to provide healthy bees and queens at the time of sale. However, once live bees leave our care, we cannot guarantee their survival, acceptance, productivity, temperament, or long-term performance.
A colony's acceptance of a new queen is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for properly transporting, installing, feeding, monitoring, and caring for their bees after pickup or delivery.

5. Nuc Cancellations
Nuc orders require advance preparation and scheduling.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or agreed to in writing:
•    More than 30 days before pickup: cancellation may be subject to a 10% fee.
•    14–30 days before pickup: cancellation may be subject to a 10% fee.
•    Within 14 days of pickup: cancellation may be subject to a 25% fee.
•    Missed pickups without prior arrangements may be subject to a 50% fee.
If we cannot provide a colony due to weather, bee health, queen availability, or other circumstances affecting the bees, we may reschedule the pickup or provide an appropriate refund.

6. Food Products
Honey and other food products are generally final sale and are not eligible for return.
Natural honey may vary in color, texture, flavor, and consistency, and crystallization is a normal characteristic of honey.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels and ingredient information before consuming our products.

7. Beekeeping Services & Safety
Beekeeping involves inherent risks, including bee stings and allergic reactions.
Customers participating in apiary visits, mentoring, hive work, or other hands-on activities must follow all safety instructions and properly use provided protective equipment.
Our educational and mentoring services provide guidance based on the conditions observed at the time of service and do not guarantee a particular beekeeping result.

8. Swarm Removal
Swarm removal is subject to availability, accessibility, weather, safety, and location.
Our service generally applies to accessible honey bee swarms. We do not routinely remove bees from inside walls, attics, or other enclosed structures unless separately arranged.
We cannot guarantee that every bee will be captured or that bees will not return to the original location.

9. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Website content, photographs, logos, and other materials may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop Pop’s Apiaries LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website, products, or services.
Our liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product or service, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Georgia law and in an appropriate court serving Spalding County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a new “Last Updated” date.
